DAY TREATMENT AND TRAINING-ADULT  (DTA):

For qualified Members ages 18 and older.

This service provides sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative, and behavioral training & supervision to promote skill development in independent living, self-care, communication, and social relationships. 

Activities include; community outings, cooking, banking and budgeting, health and nutrition, art and many other activities.

TRANSPORTATION (TRA):

Provides transportation for eligible Member to and from the DTA program.

Provides a trained Direct Care Worker (DCW) to assist Member to create or maintain a safe and healthy living environment.  The DCW will assist with maintaining personal cleanliness and activities of daily living.

Provides methods and training to increase a Member's ability to become more independent and improve upon life skills

Provides a trained Direct Care Worker (DCW) to supervise and care for a Member for a short period of time to relieve family member or caregiver
